s.c.c. never should have completed the purchase until it had all the money !!! some slick lawyer has informed them they don't have to honor the contracts entered into by the previous owners,, & this is simply wrong !!! the individual owners of these plots & been offered the chance to get their money back,, by all interested parties !!! that means the sellers & the buyers of this scam !!! good folks are being ripped off by these scavengers & nothing they or their lawyers say,, will make it right !!! they are preying on the poor,, simply because they think they can get away with it !!! well they can't !!! where is the state's attorney on this,,, sounds like unsavory business practices to me & clearly appears to be breach of contract,,, by all parties !!! if a lawyer wrote this into the contract,, then it should be deemed by a court of law to be illegal,, & all costs & punitive damages should be awarded to the victims !!!!
