Channel 12 meteorologist Tim Deegan pleads no contest to DUI charge
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The meteorologist for Channel 12, Tim Deegan, will be on probation for the next year after he pleaded no contest to a charge of driving under the influence.
The judge also suspended Deegan's license for six months. He must also do 60 hours of community service and pay $1,031 in court costs.
Police arrested Deegan last month. The arresting officer said Deegan rolled through a 4-way stop at Beach Boulevard and 1st Street South in Jacksonville Beach.
The TV station would not comment on Deegan's status.
