Children's Fantasy World Pre-School Inc.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Children's Fantasy World Pre-School Inc. on Smith Street in Jacksonville is far from fantasy.  It's the real deal.

It's a small center licensed to care for just 14 children.  But it's also a place that racked up a whopping 13 violations.

When the state inspector showed up here recently some of the things that were flagged included:

-The facility's driver did not have documentation of a valid Florida driver's license.
-Records or Copies of records were not being maintained at the facility for review by the licensing authority.
-And there were problems with Personnel Records and Background Screening Documents.

Needless to say, Children's Fantasy World Pre-School Missed The Mark.
