City approves Avondale Mellow Mushroom
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville City Council approved a deal tonight that will bring a new Mellow Mushroom to Avondale.
The council accepted an agreement between the franchise and an opposing neighborhood group. The deal states no more than 204 seats can be inside and outside the pizza restaurant.
Neighbors worried there isn't enough parking in the area to accommodate the new eatery.
