JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Action News has obtained the list of properties the city wants to sell or lease to help boost the budget.
The biggest property on the list is the old Duval County Courthouse and Annex. Its been assessed to be worth more than $19 million.
Other big ticket items include the Armory on North Market Street. Its value is assessed at $3.7 million.
The Snyder Memorial Building on North Laura Street is worth $718,135.
The Former Public Building Offices on North Liberty and North Market streets are worth $597,845.
The Lavilla Restaurant on West Union Street is worth $379,840.
The 9th & Main Restaurant on North Main Street is worth $325,903.
The former Oceanway Health Clinic on Oceanway Avenue is worth $44,065.
All eight properties are worth about $26 million.
The Early Learning Center on A. Philip Randolp Boulevard is the only property the city is looking to lease. It's worth $1.4 million.
