City moves Civil War graves, some question its preservation
FERNANDINA BEACH, Fla. -- Jefferson Harris and Jonas Miller were both enlisted in the Union Army in 1863. Both were buried in Fernandina Beach's Bosque Bello cemetery in 1888.
