rsg,, you must be new to the Floriaian style of news that has more questions than answers !!! seems the reporters need to go back to school & retake their courses in journalism, paying particular attention to the 5 W's !!! who what where why when !!! until then reading articles can result in your going xeyed !!! if you really want to see reporting at its worst,, go to the st. augustine record online !!! scratching your head nothing,, their lack of reporting makes you want to take a baseball bat to their reporters,, all 2 of them !!!

Who is Lee Fields and why does he walk along the river every day. Is he Lee Fields, a local resident? And David DeCamp.... You need to inform the reader who David DeCamp is? You mention a spokesman for the mayor in the previous paragraph. I really don't mean to be harsh but this article left me scratching my head.
