The noise ordinance being used Jacksonville needs to start being enforced. When these thugs roll up get their license plate call the police with direction and make of vehicle and how loud the music is. If 50 people start doing this each day the police will get tired of letting them slide and start issuing citations like they supposed to do. Otherwise maybe people should start decking their cars out with supper bass speakers and start a loud music war every time someone pulls this garbage. If you want force us to listen to Rap maybe we should force your hood to listen to Gospel, Pop, and Country Music see how you like it. Blaring so loud you can't think straight.

Yeah repeat and condone what started the argument to begin with. No respect for others is the major problem in todays world. Blaring loud music or any other noise is disrespectful to fellow citizens. Dunn is still wrong and will be convicted. The Florida legislature really messed up when they lifted the noise pollution law.

A typical example of you just can't "class" out of classless. Most asinine thing I've heard of in a long time. Playing loud blaring music from an automobile always indicates "hoodlums aboard".
