Being one of the men with Dave that night I can tell all of you in the community that the outpouring of Love and support has touched us all. When we all saw the streets lined with citizens to honor Dave it really hit us that you do know that men and women go out every day, behind the scenes and we protect our citizens. Dave was a very very fine young man, he was a Christian, a husband, a father, a son, a brother. He was dedicated and he lost his life in defense of his brothers that fateful night. Thank you Clay County Citizens and all of you throughout our area and nation for your prayers.
