Company didn't know old documents were being dumped

The point of the original complaints was that documents were being illegally dumped out of a 4th story window and onto the ground (without proper chutes or bin covers). The documents were littering the streets, creek, drains, park, bushes, residences, and businesses all before the biggest tourism weekend of the year in Jacksonville. The story seems to have gotten away from that point and the lack of enforcement. However, hats off to Action News and reporter Catherine Varnum for getting it cleaned up last week!
