JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Robert Lee Howard was convicted this week in a Duval County courtroom for stealing property and trying to sell the stolen items at a yard sale.

Howard broke into a Ephrata Court residence, which was full of antiques, back in 2011.

When the homeowner's heir checked in on the residence she found several valuable items missing and contacted police.

JSO later tracked down the missing items at a yard sale and arrested the suspected.

Howard is a six-time convicted felon.

He will be back in court to learn his sentence during the week of January 14, 2013.
