JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Clear skies, light winds and dry air will combine to drop temperatures to the coolest levels since spring for Jacksonville and surrounding areas.  Lows will dip into the 40s over North and West Jacksonville....and into the 50s near the St. Johns River, intracoastal and beaches.  Some steam fog will form by morning in the vicinity of water.
Thursday will be sunny and cool but nice with highs in the low to mid 70s.
