joost needs a boost !!! does he really think st. john's county stole advanced carting from jaxville ??? or did advanced come seeking incentives ??? and then they made a decision based on those incentives !!! jaxville is free to recruit another large garbage contractor to their burg & to negotiate contracts with that company for trash removal !!! waste management might be interested in taking over jaxville and other areas !!!
