now a professional reporter would contact authorities in new york with this information & ask if they have looked at these 2 nut jobs !!! might even win a pulitzer for the tips...

live oak is in florida, so they couldn't be returning home to live oak to visit fanily ??? what the hell were they doing in connecticut if they live in florida & were raturning home to florida ??? the story has as usual a lot of missing information & confused crossed wires.. i think the were flying from live oak to connecticut or places north to visit for the holiday... regardless,, a 73 year old has no business behind the controls of an airplane,, without a competent co pilot to assume control if the elderly pilot has medical issues... also how long was he flying on this leg of his journey ??? was he in violation of hours of service regulations trying to get there for the holiday ??? we need answers ,, so news 10 needs to get the facts & report them correctly... the glaring lack of professional reporting of late here in florida,, is enough to make most educated readers cross eyed !!! its obvious our nations journalism schools are not diligently educating Americas current crop & future reporters properly,, and this issue needs addressing a.s.a.p. !!! if i investigated homicides in new york,, like the reporting we are forced to accept here in florida today,, mass serial murderers would still be at large on the streets of new york city !!!last i heard there was only one suspect at large mass murdering protitutes in the metro region... and i have passed on a list of potential suspects who fit the m.o. of these murders... stephen stromwasser of hicksville long island is a prime candidate for these murders.. his current age would be 53 years of age,, male white,, heavy build.. psychotic with paranoid delusions... another would be glen(n) k. arema of levittown long island age 46,, with definate antisocial attitudes towards all women & paranoid schizophrenic tendencies at times of stress... in my professional opinion these 2 need to be evaluated by forensic profilers,, and account for their where abouts when these multiple murders took place on long island beaches...

1st off,, its long past time to put geriatric patients behind the controls of an airplane... commercial pilots have to retire at 60 years of age.. there are evidences enough of old people being barely able to manage operating a car,, piloting an aircraft with its myriad of logistical problems,, can confuse an astute pilot ,, yet easily overwhelm an alzheimers patient,, or someone with early onset dementia !!! i can't put this nicely,, it scares the bejesus out of me knowing the f.a.a. allows doctors to examine elderly patients once a year and allow them to fly over our loved ones... obviously this plane or its pikot experienced some malfunction of epic proportions and resulted in this crash... it is time to rewrite the rules for civil aviation... it is not a right,, it is a privilage & pilots should be examined every 3 months after 60 years of age!!!and while we don't have specifics on the age & condition of this aircraft,, it would be interesting to know when its last mandated f.a.a. inspection was completed & where & by whom !!!cables fray,,pulleys jam,, wires wear out insulation,, and as no mayday was issued,, it would appear to be a sudden catostrophic failure of some sort,, or the pilot simply panicked and froze at the controls !!! either way,, we need to revisit f.a.a. medical certificates,, issued once a year... a lot can occur to an elderly pilot health wise in that time frame !!! an investigation needs to be conductd to see if either the pilot or his wife recently had a negative health examination which revealed an illness that was terminal & that this wasn't an attempt to recover damages from an insurance company for double indemnity for accidental death !!!thank god no one on the ground was injured or killed....
