If it doesn't open on time, I guess the judge won't have a job and we can use the old furniture after all. Plan "B" don't exist so we can layoff all those people who work at the courthouse, construction will go through the roof, no permits, passes or special notices, inspections, parking fees gone. Now without the bureaucracy lets hurry and get something done.

No plan "B"? My grandmother used to tell me "Never put all your eggs in one basket". If she were alive today, maybe she should be on the City Council!
