JACKSONVILLE, Fla.-- Action News has learned all the doors that failed a fire safety test in the new Duval County courthouse are in the atrium.
Right now, the $350 million building is on fire watch. Six of the doors, one on each floor in the atrium area of the building, don't close when smoke and fire are detected.
They're still under warranty so Turner Construction is working to fix the problem.
The building failed multiple fire tests last year before the building opened.
