" At issue is whether Sparre had the right to refuse to let evidence be presented that could have helped his case, evidence of a troubled childhood and drug abuse." We don't ask why the vicious dog bites, we just put them down.

How many times does this defense have to go before people realize that this isn't the issue, many people have had a troubled childhood and drug abuse and turn their lives around and become functioning civilized people of our community, they don't just kill people for the fun of it!! This animal admitted to doing it, he was convicted, given the death sentence.... put him down like the animal that he is, don't make him a burden on us tax payers.
