JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police say a two-car accident is clear along Philips Highway and traffic is moving again.
A car collided with a van a few blocks south of the I-95 interchange, forcing police to momentarily close one southbound lane of Philips Highway.
Investigators say they do not suspect alcohol lead to the crash.
Action News is waiting to hear how many people were in those two vehicles and if anyone was injured.
