The break-in happened on Sunday. Police say the victim's card was used for several unauthorized transactions, including one at a Family Dollar on East State Street.

The thief was seen wearing an NFL jersey and shades in the security camera images.

Information that leads to an arrest could result in a $3,000 reward. Contact Crime Stoppers at 1-866-845-TIPS or the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office at (904) 630-0500.

Good advice, Jags. Like anyone who reads it and doesn't already do that will actually follow it. Just like women who continue to leave their purses in their shopping cart unattended.
