PALATKA, Fla. -- Family members gathered tonight for a prayer vigil for Haleigh Cummings.

The five-year-old girl vanished from her home in Satsuma in 2009. Family and friends gathered tonight on the three-and-a-half year anniversary of the disappearance. Haleigh's birthday is later this month.

The family is still holding onto hope despite no new developments.

"It has been the same since day one they are always working on it," Haleigh's grandmother, Teresa Neves says, "It's always active but there's never anything so I don't know. I think it's time for somebody to be accountable for all the unanswered questions."

Haleigh's father Ronald Cummings is in jail on drug charges. The woman watching Haleigh that night, Misty Croslin, is also in jail. Investigators say she holds the key to getting answers.
