PALM COAST, Fla. -- Jasmine Crockett stares at what's left of her mom's home in Flagler County. She's still in disbelief after a plane came crashing through her mom's ceiling. She had been on the phone with her when it happened.

Three days later, she's thankful despite the fact her mom Susan Crockett lost everything.

"I went inside yesterday and I don't see how we can rebuild inside. There's nothing left inside," said Jasmine Crockett.

Photos, keepsakes and memories are all gone without a trace. So are her clothes and necessities. But Jasmine Crockett says it didn't take long for this community to spring into action.

"Some church members yesterday went through their closets pulling things out, what can we give, and I know some other people have gone to the store and purchased this and purchased that."

And she says Mount Calvary Baptist Church is working to organize a fund to help get her mom back on her feet.
She says seeing even strangers pull together for her family has been amazing to witness.

"You sometimes think the world is so this or so bad but there's still some good out there and through God we will see this come full circle and get better."
