CLAY COUNTY, Fla. -- Christopher Henderson was sentenced to two years in Florida State Prison for his connection to the stolen gun used to kill Clay County Sheriff's Office detective David White.
Henderson pleaded guilty last month to a charge of dealing in stolen property. Another suspect, Curtis Dingler, is due in court July 30.
The two other suspects in the stolen gun case, Robert Apple II and Jack Lemond, have pleaded guilty to one count of dealing in stolen property. Both were sentenced to seven years in prison.
Four individuals are charged in White's murder. Ryan Christopher Wilder, Chasity E. Prescott and Jennifer S. Alder are charged with murder in the first degree, second degree felony murder, three counts of attempted murder in the second degree and trafficking Methamphetamine. Jerry Fred Daniels, a minor, is charged with murder in the third degree and possession with intent to sell.
