CAMDEN COUNTY, Ga. -- A man from Miami is being held in a Camden County jail on drug trafficking charges.

Deputies say they found more than 6 pounds of cocaine hidden in two laundry detergent boxes in a car driven by Gerardo Antonio Lopez.

Authorities said they pulled him over for failing to stay in a lane on Interstate 95.  After hearing two different stories from Lopez and his passenger, deputies searched his car.

They found three concealed packages containing a white powdery substance, all of which tested positive for cocaine, deputies said.

Lopez is being held on a charge of cocaine trafficking.  Deputies questioned and released his passenger, who claimed no knowledge of the illegal packages.
