STARKE, Fla. -- Deputies say a dangerous couple that broke into a woman's home last month are now behind bars.

The homeowner says a man and a woman held her up June 7, taking $7,000 in jewelry. Later that month, deputies arrested Joshua Knapp after a traffic stop. Investigators say he admitted to driving on a suspended license. During a search, they say they found a jewelry box that belonged to the home invasion victim.

Knapp, 23, was subsequently charged with that crime. He named his female accomplice as Marie Ann Stokes, 22. She was arrested Thursday evening in Bunnell. Investigators say she turned herself into Flagler County deputies after learning there was a warrant out for her arrest.
