Deputies receiving reports of increased phone scam activity

ST. JOHNS COUNTY, Fla. -- The St. Johns County Sheriff's Office is warning that there are several different phone scams hitting parts of the county.

Investigators say the scammers are falsely identifying themselves as representatives from reputable agencies and organizations. 

The SJCSO reminds citizens that they should not release any personal information during any correspondence from an unknown source.
