@nativejax-don't shift the blame here. DCF employees have a tough case load and are expected to handle quite a bit. I am not sure what experience you have had in the past, but to make generalizations like that is not fair to the men and women who sacrifice their time and efforts making sure children are safe. It is a tragedy what happened to this girl, but DCF is not to blame.

Are you kidding me? The DCFS made "ample attempts to see the children and acted in their best interest"? NEVER in my 57 years have I EVER seen a single case worker DO THEIR JOB the way its suppose to be done to protect an abused child. And this child continued to endure this torture BECAUSE of them. Sorry liars.
