JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police are trying to piece together a double shooting in Brentwood this morning. A man and a woman were both found shot around 11 p.m. Thursday, but investigators aren't sure how many shooters they are looking for.

Detectives say a woman was shot in the foot at the 38th Street Town Homes off of Main Street. She is expected to survive.

During the course of the investigation, police also discovered a man who was shot multiple times. Detectives say he is suffering from life-threatening injuries.

Jacksonville Sheriff's Office investigators say they are not sure if the same shooter is responsible for both attacks.

If you have any information about either shooting call Crime Stoppers at 866-845-TIPS.
