Driver sought in fatal hit & run

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police are looking for the driver in a fatal hit-and-run on Jacksonville's Northside.

Police way Willie Hodge was walking across Edgewood Avenue near Vernon Avenue when a car hit him. The driver took off.

Police believe the car is a white 2-door Chrysler, possibly with a sun roof, offset with a visor or wind deflector. Investigators believe a man and a woman were in the car at the time of the crash.

Hodge died from his injuries three days after the incident.
