I moved here from New England to marry a school teacher i went out with 10 years ago. it did'nt work out, but she's one of the biggest potheads I ever met and she never gets drug tested! so this story is no surprise.

The information orignally provided on this story has been changed. They cited a gun, pot, and pain meds in his possession. It very easy in life to get addicted to something be it pain meds, alcohol, illegal street drug, smoking or other things. As far as previous comments about pot head I would imagne quite a few alcholoics are teaching in school and probably show up with liquor on their breath each morning. Maybe we should address the few teachers that got scarf down 2 or 3 cigarattes before classes begin, and smoke break every chance they get. Addiction of any kind is bad role model for any kids in school. My point was the laws are not the same for the rich as the rest of the people. Football player caught with drugs rehab nothing to worry about maybe small fine. Actors the same. CEO's same. Politicans cases usally get thrown out unless caught red handed. Be regular person though and it will ruin your life lose your job. Why don't actors and football players lose their jobs for drugs of any kind?

So what if rush did it,that doesn't make it legal, pot is not legal in Florida and the pot head is teaching in a public school. No, I guess he's not outstanding!

Pot is being legalized across the country. As for prescrption pain meds talk to Rush about that. He was pulling out 9,500 dollars each week few years ago to get extra pain pills. As for gun I am sure its for protection he will be ruined now. Not saying he's outsanding person just that could been worse.

What is going on with the teachers in this country? Sex and drugs, what happened to the good old days when people use to respect and look up to teachers!!!!!!
