FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. -- An elderly biker is in critical condition after he was hit by a car.
The Florida Highway Patrol tells Action News, a car driven by Rennee Kurpunas, 52, hit a 78-year-old near the intersection of Pine Lakes Parkway and Belle Terre Parkway Thursday morning.
The victim, named Bertram Ralph in the report, landed on the street. The biker was not wearing a helmet.
The crash is not believed to be alcohol-related. No charges were immediately filed against the driver.
