marijuana is legal in over 21 states why can't it be legal in florida the bill failed to pass last month in the capital of florida and needs more support. people need to get onboard with the legalization of medical marijuana and even recreational use.

I agree with the first two commentors. Decriminalize this plant for goodness sakes!! It used to be legal, make it that way again. I'm not for alcohol priohibition, but it is truly a worse drug. Trust me, I know.

Sadly our stupid Government would rather support another failed war, a/k/a the war on drugs, rather than admit their failure and change some of the stupid laws presently on the books, laws that only serve our nation by jailing people for an act that is less dangerous than drinking a six pack of beer.

So what...its not Heroin or Crack...it has less affect on a person than most cups of coffee or a beer...let these ole folk alone, they never gonna get 'rich' off that pitiful amount and NOT ONE PERSON is gonna die or over dose from it if they buy it. And it absolutely has medicinal value. D*mn the US government for signing some STUPID international treaty with other world powers to NOT legalize WAY it back in 1961. IF Obama abolished all marijuanna laws and let this country profit and possibibly get us out of debt, I'LL VOTE FOR HIM.
