Maybe she's one of those ex-wives who are determined to make their former spouse's life a living hell, no matter what the consequences --

If the courts and justice system won't protect the public from animals like this, then it is up to the citiziens to do so. If it were up to me and this was one of my neighbors, he would be found hanging by a rope from a tall tree. That is what sick animals like this deserve, point in case had someone (the courts & justice system) done more about Donald Smith, then Charish would have had the chance to live out the rest of her life. Sadly she never will but I bet it will be a very long time before Donald Smith gets the true justice he deserves. Is that fair, I think not.

I am beginning to think..(ha)...that the people who sit in those chairs that are 'suppose' to JUDGE a criminal by his/her actions would do their job. As it is, they have a lot of blood on their hands and don't seem to care. How do they sleep at night? Oh that's right their fat cushy paycheck is on their minds, not justice. This sicko should be committed in a padded cell. He knows what he's doing, and he won't stop. STUPID JUDGE.

Ah, well. Just because the facts have been laid out before them, doesn't mean justice will be done until he actually kills someone.
