Bicycle Cop's, That is the answer.Save on gas,stay in shape,less off time for health reasons and face it, jos can't drive very well in the first place. JSO wreck over 200 cars a year,run over people kill people, With cars jso are a danger to themselves and the public.Save money ,save life's,Put the jso on bikes and the Jacksonville will be a safer place.

isn't just like a Democrat in charge..Cut the BUDGET for the main thing you are responsible for to the citizens. Their PROTECTION! Then tell the Sherrif to put more police on the Streets..WITH WHAT MAYOR? It takes MONEY! so typical, But you didnt cut the Practice of Double Dipping of our city wokers collecting our Tax Dollars. People Retire on Friday and return to work on Monday at full pay and wrok on a new pension.. COuld hire Younng people, cost less all the way around. Stop DOUBLE DIPPING!

Let's tell the truth: it's a BLACK problem. Ask any downtown merchant and they will tell you that after 8pm it's a jungle downtown. No police presence at all. Gangs of blacks running through the landing and if anyone denies this they are liars.
