AMELIA ISLAND, Fla. -- The French called it the parade of elegance. And this weekend, car fans will be surrounded by it on Amelia Island.

"Porches, BMWs, Corvettes and others, as well as new and exotic cars are on the show field for everyone to see," said Board Member, Mark Becker.

For 18 years, some of the world's most exotic cars have been coming here for the Concours' de Elegance.

"It's the celebration of the automobile. You will see cars that you have only seen in a magazines," said Becker.

300 cars are showcased on the greens of the Ritz Carlton. And the brand new Infiniti Q-50 is one of them.

"It has a wireless steering system that's a first on any car. Our engineers have been working on it for 10 years," said Kyle Bozemore.

"Fantastic yes, fantastic. We are especially interested in the Porches," said Tim Hunter.

This is Hunter's first visit to Amelia Island, but he says it won't be his last. "Just the mystique of what's new and what's out there. And with shows like this, the older cars are really a draw," said Hunter.

It's three days full of rare rides that celebrate the spirit of the automobile.  You can see a complete list of all the events in this year's Concours' de Elegance here.
