F.O.P. meets for the first time since scandal
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Fraternal Order of Police is not talking openly about the veterans charity scandal for now.
Tuesday evening, the F.O.P. held it's first full meeting since the scandal broke. A spokesperson says they are moving on from the gambling raid that led to arrest of the unions former president Nelson Cuba.
Steve Amos has been named interim president.
The Fraternal Order of Police Foundation has announced that retired Chief David Stevens has been named Chairman of the Board of Directors for the organization.
Stevens was named during a board meeting on Thursday, March 14, 2013
