FBI needs help identifying man wanted in connection with kidnapping
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The FBI is looking for information about a man they want to question in connection with the kidnapping of a woman in Panama City Beach.
The woman was kidnapped on June 27. She was taken across state lines, threatened and sexually assaulted by her captors, but she was found alive.
The FBI needs help identifying the man in a sketch they released. The person is considered armed and dangerous.
A federal jury indicted one of the suspects, 30-year-old Jacobo Feliciano-Francisco, this month. He is also known as Uriel Castillo Ochoa or "Kiko."
He was arrested and arraigned on Aug. 12 and is in custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.
Anyone with information about the man's identity or location should call the FBI Jacksonville Field Office at 904-249-7000.
