FHP: Interlachen man responsible for series of hit-and-run crashes

HAMILTON COUNTY, Fla. -- The Florida Highway Patrol reports that a North Florida man is responsible for a number of crashes that occurred along Interstate 75 Saturday.

Why was he treated for minor scratches? If he was so drunk he can't remember or didn't care he was hitting cars, he sure won't remember getting a whooping on the way to jail. I understand WHY the Police get so frustrated when they try to SAVE lives and idiots like this don't CARE if they kill people. A book states 1 in 5 people are sociopathic. Good book, because I know it must be true.
