JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- We now know who will take Dr. Steve Wallace's place at Florida State College of Jacksonville when he steps down at the end of the year.

The school's Board of Trustees voted Dr. Judith Bilsky as the acting president of the school. Bilsky is currently the school's provost. She agreed to take on the new role at her current salary of $175,000.

Wallace resigned in October after an investigation into the wrongful awarding of financial aid to some students.

Bilsky would be the acting president until the board found an interim president. The board hopes to hire an interim president before its January 8th meeting.

So we now have an acting president and a interim president to look forward to. Is this rediculous board going to pack golden parachutes with tax payers money for both of them too? Better yet let them pack their own like Wallace did.
