Family fight kills elderly woman
ATLANTIC BEACH, Fla. -- Police have arrested a man from Atlantic Beach for the death of his aunt.
Brian Lagitch, 39, faces a new charge of manslaughter in connection with the death of Nancy Waldron.
Police say Lagitch pushed Waldron, 63, to the ground during a family fight on Saturday night on 13th Street West.
Waldron died Monday of her injuries, which led to a new charge against Lagitch.
