Personally, I don't care if her driving did or didn't precipitate the ensuing accident. While the chain of events could just as easily have caused a validly licensed person to take the same course as her -- the simple truth is that with her license suspended, she should not have been behind a wheel AT ALL.

I want to say I'm sorry for the families loss, But this was a car accident, with a woman with a suspended license, not revoked. This can not be tried in court like a D.U.I. that seem to be what the family wants. It was a terrible traffic Accident that could have happened to anyone license or not. They take away your right to drive not your physical ability to do so.

The judge needs to retire cause obviously his/her thinking is way off in this matter. I feel the family has been done an injustice by the judge downgrading the charge. This sure as heck doesnt teach anyone anything and is why people still get behind the wheel of their vehicles no matter that they arent supposed to.
