Jacksonville, Fla.-- The family of a 12 year old found dead three years ago says they still have questions about his death.

It's a spot that will always bring Tony Youmans family together. The 12 year old is always on his dad's mind. Even three years after his death, his dad still blames himself. "I feel like I let him down when I didn't find him," said Mike Youmans.

Tony Youman was found right where flowers and a cross now stand. He went missing exactly three years ago. For days police searched for him and his mother pleaded for help. Days later, the boy's body was found, just a few feet from the road in the bushes. It was the same place Tony's father had searched with police. "Five officers and a dog didn't find him, I know he was not in that lot," said Youmans.

That's why they still have questions. Police say the boy accidentally shot himself in the head, while playing with a gun. Derrick Glover was arrested and charged with giving the gun to him. But to this day Tony's family says the whole story hasn't been told. "I don't believe he shot himself. I believe it was a cover up," said Youmans.

That's why the family is still asking for help. They want to know what really happened and get some closure. "It's a struggle everyday I get up," said Youmans.

The prosecutor on the case was also at the rally Thursday. He said they don't remember every case, but he does always think about this one. He says they do believe though the right person was convicted with the evidence and witnesses that came forward.
