JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Legendary monster truck driver Dennis Anderson has been in the business for more than 30 years. He's even known as the Elvis Presley of monster truck drivers.

Tomorrow night he will experience a career first.

"It's gonna be the battle of father and son right here in Jacksonville," said Dennis Anderson, driver of Grave Digger.

It will be the first time Anderson and his 23-year-old son, driver of 'Sonuva Digger', will compete against each other in a Monster Jam.

According to event organizer, Chris Rossbach, Anderson's son will give his dad a run for the money.

"He's been beating his old man in several shows and now they're going to go head to head in Jacksonville," said Rossbach.

More than 70,000 fans are expected to pack EverBank Field on Saturday for the 21st annual Advanced Auto Parts Monster Jam.

More than 300 truck loads of dirt now fill up the field where 16 of the best monster truck drivers are ready to 'double down.'

For Anderson, going against his own son will be just as competitive.

"I have to let them know that 'hey, dad's the captain of the ship here, boys you better watch it'," said Anderson.

According to Anderson, he'll also be just as glad to keep it all in the family.

"If it comes down to him and I, it's a beautiful thing because if he wins I will be just as happy as if I win," said Anderson.

This year, fans will get the chance to ride in a 'Grave Digger' monster truck. The main event will begin at 7 p.m.
