BRUNSWICK, Ga. -- A call to a fight at a home in Brunswick led to the discovery of a meth lab.
Brunswick police went to a home on Player Street and found two men had been involved in a fight. A motor home was also parked in the driveway.
The homeowner, who also owned the motor home, asked police to check the motor home because there had been suspicious activity in and around it the fast few days.
Officers entered and spotted what appeared to be an active methamphetamine lab.
Members of the Brunswick and Glynn County Fire Departments, Glynn/Brunswick Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation responded to the scene to investigate the lab.
Three Brunswick police officers, two suspects, and the four people inside the motor home all had to be decontaminated due to them coming into close contact with the dangerous chemicals.
Police arrested Shawn Gailey, 28, and Dara Holder, 21. They're from Brunswick. Both are being held at the Glynn County Detention Center without bond on charges of Manufacturing Methamphetamine.
