The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has stolen their new system and they took it from Tekbrokers VENTURES, LLC. The entire city is ignoring the eventual lawsuit that will happen from two businesses who showed the department their systems and spent hundreds of hours on by request from the sheriff to create. Once this system was created and on the last day, the sheriff's department cut-off this company and took their system in full. The Sheriff's department lied to obtain it, abused their procurement system and has illegally obtained software code violating both Nevada Statutes Code Section 205.473, et seq. and Florida Statutes Title XLVI CRIMES Chapter 815 COMPUTER-RELATED CRIMES 815.04 Offenses against intellectual property; public records exemption.-- (1) Whoever willfully, knowingly, and without authorization modifies data, programs, or supporting documentation residing or existing internal or external to a computer, computer system, or computer network commits an offense against intellectual property. (4)(a) Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, an offense against intellectual property is a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. (b) If the offense is committed for the purpose of devising or executing any scheme or artifice to defraud or to obtain any property, then the offender is guilty of a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084. To this date, the City Inspector General would not investigate her own. The city Ombudsman lied about it and they city attorney refused to communicate with the company who is trying to end this without harm. The City of Jacksonville and the JSO are both in this together. The city of Jacksonville's residents need to know that this system has been stolen and eventually they will have to pay. Corruption is rampant with JSO and Sheriff Rutherford should be ashamed of his actions and cover-up.
