Firehouse Subs offers $10K for robbery information
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office and Firehouse Subs hopes new surveillance images will help put a pair of robbers behind bars.
The location in the 4300 block of University Boulevard South was held up June 29. At a news conference Tuesday, Firehouse Subs announced it was offering $10,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
At that same news conference, Crime Stoppers said it will increase its maximum payout for tips on major crimes, like murders. The amount will move from $1,000 to $3,000. The robbery of the Firehouse Subs does not appear to meet that criteria.
