First Foundation Child Care Center

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- First Foundation Child Care Center on Soutel Drive in Jacksonville "Missed The Mark" on its latest state inspection.

Here's a look at the some of the 7 violations found the by the inspector:

-A ratio of one staff for four children is required. There was one staff for fourteen children observed.

-Records or copies of records are not being maintained at the facility for review by the licensing authority.

-And there were problems with some Background Screening Documents on some staff.

Meanwhile, two centers in Jacksonville didn't have any violations.

Ortega Hills Preschool and La Escuelita Preschool are "On The Mark" for having perfect inspections.
