CLAY COUNTY, Fla. -- The Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco announced charges against five Middleburg residents for hosting an open house party and serving alcohol to minors that resulted in a teen's death.

AND the old woman who gave a party that killed TWO teenagers got WHAT at sentencing? THE laws should be harsher SO EVERYONE will think long and hard about letting minors 'party' at their home.
