Fla. Supreme Court hears pension case: DCPS facing $18 million in cuts

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Florida Supreme Court is hearing an appeal by state officials to overturn a lower-court ruling that voided employees contributing 3 percent to their pension plan. If they uphold the ruling, it could cost the state billions and our local school district millions.
