Flags to be flown at half staff to honor local fallen soldier

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Flags will be flown at half staff Saturday in honor of a local soldier killed in the line of duty.

Chief Warrant Officer Two Michael S. Duskin, of Orange Park, Florida, died on October 23, 2012, in Wardak Province, Afghanistan, in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He was assigned to A Company, 1st Battalion, 3rd Special Forces Group, Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Florida's Governor, Rick Scott, has ordered all National and State flags to be flown at half-staff at the Clay County Courthouse as well as the Town Hall of Orange Park on Saturday, November 3, 2012 to honor Chief Warrant Officer Two Michael S. Duskin.

At the same time, All National and State flags will be flown at the Capitol in Tallahassee in Duskin's honor.
