JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Another rainy day in Jacksonville leaves roads closed from flooding.

Just before 5 a.m. McCoy Creek Blvd was already under water.

Crews were able to unclog nearby drains and that lane was reopened within a half hour.

Around 5:30 a.m. JSO had to shut down anther east bound lane on New World Ave. This was just four miles from 103rd.

Crews also unclogged drains nearby and were able to open up the eastbound lane within 15 minutes.

Action News crews made calls to Clay and St. John's County. Their law enforcement officers say there are no issues with flooding as of 6 Tuesday morning.
